The fire and subsequent fire fighting resulted in extensive fire, smoke and water damage. We specified and tendered the works at short notice to a number of affected apartments and common areas.
We applied our expertise in both fire reinstatement and the luxury residential market to ensure repairs were fit for purpose and to the correct quality.
Our role also involved liaison with the insurer's representative to ensure the specification was agreed and there was sufficient cash flow for the works.
