Stephen has a wealth of experience as a building surveyor and has held roles for a variety of organisations. These include senior roles with commercial property consultancies and in-house roles for commercial organisations, including the UKs largest PubCo and a Midlands based PLC.

Stephen joined Space in July 2022 sharing the vision of a building surveying firm where collars were not seen as a marker for competence.

Director

Over the last 11 years Will has specialised in technical due diligence (TDD) heading up the Midlands region as a Director of an international real estate consultancy, working across a wide range of commercial assets. His role as Director has seen him lead and contribute to numerous high-profile TDD instructions, often involving complex stakeholder coordination.

When Will is not working he enjoys playing golf or taking time out to go for walks in the countryside with his family.

James is an experienced and enthusiastic Chartered Building Surveyor with a strong background in technical due diligence, dilapidations, contracts administration and project management across complex commercial property projects.

James joined Space with a passion for developing and building client relationships, growing a vibrant business and contributing to the industry.

Outside of work James enjoys spending his time keeping his daughter entertained, playing golf or enjoying a pint of Guinness in his local pub.

Having begun her career in a large multi-disciplinary firm catering to both public and private sector clients, Kerrie brings with her enthusiasm and a range of Building Surveying experience, including in the defence and industrial sectors.

Kerrie joined Space Building Surveyors in 2024 in order to develop and progress her career and achieve chartered status.
