Space prepared a terminal schedule of dilapidations on the outgoing tenant, a large multinational S&P 100 corporation. The settlement was reached within a few weeks of lease end.
Subsequently we were asked to review and agree a package of works that were being proposed by an incoming tenant. Due to tight deadlines, imposed by external factors, the package was agreed within two weeks of instruction.
