Space Building Consultancy Welcomes A New Director

Space Building Consultancy has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Will Purvis MRICS as Director. A chartered building surveyor with more than 15 years of industry experience, Will joins the firm following roles at Hollis, Watts Group, and Bruton Knowles, where he played a central role in delivering high quality surveying services and advice across the UK.

Recognised for his expertise in technical due diligence, dilapidations and contract administration and strategic advice, Will has worked across a wide range of sectors—from commercial and residential schemes to historic buildings and regeneration projects. His appointment underlines Space Building Consultancy’s commitment to technical excellence and expanding its advisory reach.
