The block was in a situation where the as-built system couldn’t be maintained. This left the block unsecured and with an obsolete door entry system. The works were undertaken to replace the system in its entirety.
Space Building Consultancy were instructed to design, tender and manage the works, in line with the Section 20 ‘Major Works’ criteria.
We also excelled in managing so many stakeholders, including the freeholder, contractor, leaseholders and tenants, to ensure an efficient programme and avoid incurring additional project costs.
