After concerns reported to the Landlord over crumbling concrete, Space Building Consultancy were instructed to assess the condition of the concrete canopy, advise on the defects and the causes.
Subsequently we were able to provide the Landlord advice to rectify the issue and advice for short term solutions to ensure public safety and to allow the tenant to continue to trade.
