Space prepared a terminal schedule of dilapidations on the outgoing tenant at the expiry of a 20 year FRI lease.
Our inspection included inspection of the internal and external building fabric and analysis of the repair, redecoration and reinstatement obligations. We also coordinated an inspection of the mechanical and electrical elements to ensure the landlord’s interest was protected.
